In Another Life

In Another Life tells the story of Adnan, a Syrian refugee trying to make his way to Britain. Shot on location in the infamous Jungle in Calais, it is a dramatisation of real refugees experiences, revealing the humans behind the refugee crisis and the stories they have to tell.

After the success of S11-13 I was brought back on as Lead Editor for S14-17 of Waterloo Road, overseeing a new school location and 2 new headteachers (Jason Manford and Lindsey Coulson. I worked with several directors including Robin Sheppard, John Maidens and Amy Coop.

I edited nine 60m episodes across the first 3 series of this incredibly popular reboot working with directors Amanda Mealing, Mustapha Kseibati, Angela Griffin & Paulette Randall.

CBBC Horror Anthology ‘Creeped Out’ returns for a second season of horrific tales. A remote school infested with telepathic headlice, an Australian hotel which links to many parallel universes and a mechanical Santa Claws which terrorises nice children instead of naught ones.

McDonald and Dodds S3

I did additional editing on Ep1 ‘Belvedere’ in order to complete exec notes and lock the episode with director Robert Quinn and did some assembly editing on Ep2 ‘A Billion Beats’. I also planned and executed a re-edit of ‘War of Rose’, to repurpose the episode for the new series, cutting out character who had left the show and inserting the new cast with a carefully plotted series of pickups, working closely with Producer, Rebecca Davies.
